Shirataki noodles with spinach, mushroom and parmesian

Ingredients
1 package shirataki tofu noodles - spaghetti shape1 cup spaghetti sauce1/2 cup mushrooms1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry2 Tbsp Parmesan cheeseSalt & pepper to tasteOreganobasilgarlic powder
Directions
1. Rinse noodles according to package (Very important to rinse well!!!)
2. In a nonstick pan, saute mushrooms and spinach.
3. Add sauce and noodles, rinsed and well dried,
4. Mix well. Add spices. Mix.
5. Pour into bowls and add Parmesan cheese.
6. Eat.

    I suspect the spinach should have been squeezed dry; the sauce was a little watery. Very tasty, though. Definitely a keeper. - 12/4/09
