Easiest Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
3/4 c. brown sugar splenda (loose- not packed)1/2 c. heart smart bisquick 12oz can evaporate milk15 oz canned pumpkin 2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla flavoring1 tsp. maple flavoring1/2 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. cloves1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Spray (or butter- cal. not included)a 9 or 10 inch pie plate (8 or 9 inch square will work as well)
In a bowl, whisk ingredients in order until blended (no need to over beat)
Scrape into pie plate sprinkle a little cinnamon across the top and bake 350 oven for 50-55 min. Knife should come out clean, and top of pie will crack around the outside edge.
Makes 8 servings in a 9 or 10 in pie plate
