Mandi's Favorite Chili

Ingredients
1 46oz Can V8 Juice1 46oz can Tomato Juice2 16oz cans Bush's Hot Chili Beans1 Chipotle pepper in adobo, with seeds1 35oz can Crushed tomatoes1 Lb 93% lean ground beef4 Cloves garlic, choppedSalt and Pepper to taste (I also throw a liberal palmful of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning in the pot!)
Directions
Brown ground beef with garlic and chipotle pepper. Add beans and crushed tomatoes, stir. Add juice and V8, plus seasonings. Heat until simmering.
