Whole Wheat Mac and Rice cheese

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat pasta1 cup Unsweetened Soy milk 1 1/2 cups shredded Rice Cheddar stile Cheese1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup Garbanzo beans1/2 Tsp Salt1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder1/8 Tsp Paprika1/8 Tsp Black PepperNonstick cooking spray
Directions
Cook Pasta according to package
While the pasta is cooking, combine the Soy milk the Garbanzo beans and spices in a food processor and process until pureed.
Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray ans set it over medium heat. Add the bean mixture to the pan and cook, stir until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Add Rice cheese and Parmesan cheese stir until melted and creamy, 1 to 2 minutes longer. Stir in the pasta and serve warm.
