Rice Krispie Scotcheroos

Ingredients
1 C. light corn syrup1 C. chunky peanut butter1 C. sugar6 C. Rice Krispies1 C. butterscotch chips1 C. milk chocolate chips
Directions
Prepare a 9 X 13 in glass dish or cake pan by spraying with butter flavored cooking spray.

Measure Rice Krispies in a large bowl you have sprayed with buttered flavored cooking spray.

In pan over medium heat, mix sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter. Stir until everything is mixed and the sugar is well incorporated.

Pour over Rice Krispies and mix well. Press evenly into the 9X 13 pan. Set aside.

In glass microwave safe dish, place butterscotch and chocolate chips. Microwave one minute at a time, stirring between heating until chips are melted and mixed well. spread over Rice Krispie mixture. Allow to cool until chocolate mixture is set. Cut into 24 equal servings.
