Minestrone soup

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped2 medium carrots, chopped1 3/4 cup zucchini, chopped1 cup cabbage, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1 - 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed2 - 14 1/2 oz reduced sodium beef broth1 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes1 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 cups cookied macaroni (1 cup dry)-recipe was calculated using regular macaroni1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Comgine all of the ingredients in the Crock-Pot Slow Cooker except the macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover; cook on Low for 8-9 hours or on High for 4-5 hours. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Makes approximately 9 - 1 cup servings.
