Ingredients
FILLING:Pumpkin, canned, 2 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 7Tbsp +1 tsp*Sealtest Light Cream 5%, 1Cup*Splenda,1CCinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground 1/4 tsp (remove)CRUSTFiber One Cereal, 1 cup*Splenda, 3 TbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp*Margarine Mirage soya with omega 3 added, 3 Tbsp
Directions
CRUST:
Makes 1 pie crust (8 servings)

In a blender or food processor, grind Fiber One to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Combine crumbs with all other crust ingredients. Stir until mixed well. In an oven-safe 9-inch pie dish sprayed lightly with nonstick spray, evenly distribute mixture, using your hands or a flat utensil to firmly press and form the crust. Press it into the edges and up along the sides of the dish. Set aside.

FILLING:
IN a blender or food precessor place all ingredients. Blend until well mixed and pour on top of prepared pie crust. Place in Pre heated oven at 475 F for 15 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 375 F for 30 minutes.

Makes 8 Servings in 9 inch pie plate
