Roast Beef Gyro

2/3 Cups plain nonfat yogurt1/2 cup grated, peeled and seeded cucumber squeezed dry1 garlic clove2 tsp extra virgin olive oil4 (6 inch) pita bread rounds (whole wheat)2 cups shredded lettuce3/4 pound deli sliced lean roast beef1 tomato, seeded and chopped1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
Combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and oil in a small bowl.
Lay the pita rounds flat (do not split open). Diving the lettuce and then the beef among the rounds. Top Each with 1/4 cup of the tomato and 2 tablespoons of the onion. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce and fold up to eat.
