Ingredients
Directions
1Lb Ground Beef, Organic14.5oz Tomatoes, Canned Diced1Lg Yellow Onion, diced1 Lg Green Pepper, Diced3 Tbsp Garlic Powder1 Can Green Chiles, Diced1Tbsp Chile Powder1 Tbsp Cumin Powder 2 Cups Water
1. Brown Ground Beef
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer until thicken. About 45 minutes.
I do not add salt because the canned tomatoes and the canned Green Diced Chiles provide enough salt.
I serve this over homemade cornbread. You can adjust the spiciness by the type of Chile Powder you use. I like to use a Medium Hot Chile Powder.
Enjoy
