Low-calorie Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 c. old-fashioned oatmeal1/2 c packed brown sugar1/2 c fresh blueberries1 tsp baking powder1/2 c nonfat milk1/4 c sugar-free vanilla creamer3/4 c water1/2 c applesauce2 tbsp Butter spray1 egg beaten
Directions
Preheat over to 375.

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. In separate bowl, mix milk, water, creamer, applesauce, butter and egg. Add to oat mixture and mix together.

Pour into greased 8-inch pan or 9-inch cake pan. Cook 20-45 minutes, until top is lightly brown and blueberries have started "bleeding".

Serve warm, in a bowl with milk or extra creamer to taste.
