Ingredients
1/2 whole chicken1/2 c whole wheat flour1/2 cup flour 2 eggs
Directions
boil chicken in minimal water with salt, remove chicken from water when done. Pick meat from bones and put meat back into broth. Make egg noodles with eggs and flour. Put noodles into boiling broth. Cook till noodles are tender.
