Mom's Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2c Margarine, hard1/2c *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil1 3/4c *Splenda0.5c Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),(orig recipe calls for 2 lrg eggs)0.5 tsp Cloves, ground2c Zucchini, grated.0.5 tsp, Baking Powder,1Tbsp White Vinegar1/2c Milk, 2%1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2c Semisweet chocolate2.5c Flour, white4 TbspCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Makes 32 pieces from a 9x13 pan.
Grease and lightly flour bottom of baking dish.
Combine 1st three ingredients and beat well. Add eggs vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Combine all dry ingredients and add to 1st mixture. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 min.
