Ingredients
8 oz. package of Fat-free cream cheese1/2 cup carrots grated1/4 cup onion chopped1/2 cup bell pepper chopped 1 clove of garlic mincedDill to taste
Directions
i used a food processor but you dont have to. Just let the cream cheese soften and add the dill and garlic with a hand held mixer. Then fold in the rest of the veggies.
