Morning Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries (or any fruit for that matter)1 6 oz Yoplait Light Blueberry Yougurt1.5 Tbsp of ground flax seed1 Kiwi (again any fruit you have on hand)1/4 cup of juice1/2 scoop of Whey protein (mixed berry)1/2 cup of ice
Directions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend.

In place of juice you can use milk or water. I use whatever I have to liquify a little. You can also use whatever fruit you have on hand. I like to mix frozen and fresh.

Makes 2 cups.
