Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
3 cups quick oats3 cups rolled oats1 cup chopped pecans1.5 cups rasins1 tbls cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp salt1.5 cups mashed banana1.5 cups unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup honey6 eggs1 cup boiling water
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients except water. Combine dry and wet ingredients and add water. Pour into a 9x13 greased baking pan and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and cut into 12 bars. Move to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Best stored in the refrigerator, and freeze well.
