Lemon Dream Pie

Ingredients
1 - 9" frozen, ready to bake pie crust (I used shortbread flavor instead of regular flavor)2 boxes of Kraft Jello Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (8 servings total) - Lemon Flavor2 cups boiling water4 cups Cool Whip - thawed
Directions
Bake pie crust as per manufacturer's directions. Usually about 10 minutes. In the meantime, boil 2 cups of water. In a glass or metal bowl, combine 2 pkgs lemon flavor sugar free Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Add in 4 cups Cool Whip (thawed - can be frozen, just use an electric mixer to fold in if necessary). Whip until nice and frothy. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until pie is set. Can be put in the freezer to make it set faster. Makes 8 servings - 1/8th of a pie each.
