Ingredients
* Apples, fresh, 5 medium; peeled, quartered * Orange Juice, 1/8 cup * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
In a large sauce pot, combine the apples, orange juice, vanilla and cinnamon. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally. Mash apples using potato masher until smooth.
