Muffins Apple Prune & Peach

Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS1 C. oats1 C. graham cracker crumbs1 C. Ezekiel cinnamon raisin cereal1/2 C. brown sugar, packed2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. ground cinnamonFRUIT2 C. apple, chopped2 C. fresh prunes, chopped2 C. peaches, choppedWET INGREDIENTS3/4 C. plain fat-free yogurt1 egg2 egg whites1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and mix well.

Add fruits to dry ingredients and mix well.

In separate small bowl, combine wet ingredients. Stir into fruit mixture.

Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray. Scoop 1/4 C. of batter into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool on cooling rack.
