Ramona's Banana Nut Bread

1 1/2 Cup White Flour (Sifted)1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1/2 Cup Canola Oil3/4 Cup Brown Sugar2 Eggs (unbeaten)1 Cup Mashed Banana (Ripe)1/2 Cup Milk (low fat)1 tsp Lemon Juice1/2 Cup Walnuts (Chopped)
1. Mix Flours, Baking Soda and Salt together, and set aside.
2. Beat Oil and Sugar together, then add Eggs one at a time.
3. Stir in Mashed Banana.
4. Combine Milk and Lemon Juice.
5. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to mixture (oil,sugar, eggs and banana).
6. Stir in chopped nuts.
7. Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin (9"x5"x4")
8. Bake for 60-70 mins at 360 degrees.
