Ingredients
12 oz. Fat free frozen vanilla yogurt1 small sugar free fat free instant chocolate pudding1/4 cup chunky peanut butter1 cup fat free cool whip3 oz. Grape nuts cereal
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and put into a pie pan and freeze.

    Love this recipe! I calculated on another site that it has 168 calories per slice. I used Kemp fat free frozen yogurt, maybe there is a lower calorie choice out there. When I was diagnosed with Diabetes my mom found and made this I was so excited! That was 20 years ago! Can't wait to try it again! - 9/1/12
