I just did one serving so I had the info to enter in to sparks - this is my fave appetizer at some of the local bars that I go to - since I'm doing low carb, it's one of the few appetizers I can have - and I definitely don't feel deprived. But if you want to make your own, just melt butter and add whatever onions, chives and herbs you want, add the clams and cover with enough wine to steam them in... cook about 5 minutes until all clams open - toss out those that don't!!
