Raspberry Lemon Pudding

Ingredients
1 package sugar free, fat free lemon instant pudding1 3/4 cup cold skim milk14 vanilla wafers2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
Directions
Spray a small 1 Qt bowl with cooking spray.
Lay 7 vanilla wafers on the bottom. Lay 7 additional vanilla wavers up the side.
Cover with 1 1/2 cups raspberries.
Prepare pudding using 1 3/4 cup milk. Pour over the raspberries and vanilla wafers.
Garnish the top with remaining raspberries. Chill for several hours.

Makes 4 very generous servings.
