Crockpot Salsa Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts, no skin1 cup salsa1 cup reduced-fat sour cream1 pkg low sodium taco seasoning
Place chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Mix sour cream and salsa, pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. Serve on a whole wheat flour tortilla.

Ive been makingthis for yrs for my fam didnt know what to call it ~ lol but I now will be using homeade taco seasoning thatll reduce the sodium level drastically and homeade salsa is sooo good with this recipe ~ yummm I might be making this today beings that my back hurts plop it in there and wala - 2/21/11
