Ingredients
4 cups cake flour1/4 teaspoon salt1 1/4 cups warm water1 tablespoon oilFilling:3 large beaten eggs24 ounces dry-curd cottage cheese or baker's cheese1/2 cup sour cream1/2 teaspoon salt4 ounces (1 stick) melted butter
Directions
To make the dough: In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add warm water and oil. Work together to make a smooth dough, adjusting flour or water as necessary. Cover and set aside to rest.

To make the filling: In a large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream and salt. Beat until creamy and set aside.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Divide the dough into 20 equal balls. Roll each to a 9-inch circle, keeping unrolled dough balls covered with a cloth. Lightly brush a 9x3-inch round pan with butter. Place 1 rolled dough in pan and lightly brush with butter. Continue with 3 more sheets of dough, brushing with butter inbetween.

Spread with 1/4 of filling and top with 4 more buttered sheets of dough. Continue in this manner until all the filling and dough are used, ending with dough on top. Brush with remaining butter. Place on a sheet pan and bake 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Let cool 15 minutes or so and cut into wedges to serve warm.
