Ingredients
1 cup butter1 c brown sugar1 egg1 cup lentils pureed2 t vanilla1 cup whole wheat flour1 t baking soda1 t salt1 cup chocolate chips1 cup slivered almonds1 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 and grease 2 cookie sheets. In a bowl of a stand mixer cream the butter and sugar together until pale in color then add the egg and mix well until incorporated. stir in teh lentil puree and teh vanilland continue to mix until combine3d. Add the oats, flour baking soda, and salt and mix until well combined. Finally stir in the chocolate chips almonds and pumpkin seed.
Bake for 15 minutes. Maes 36 cookies
