Jill's Orange Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, dicedzest of one orange3 cloves garlic, minced (or pressed through garlic press)1 tbsp crushed red pepper2 tbsp peanut oil2 tbsp sesame seeds1 orange, sectioned2 cups fresh green beans2 tbsp soy sauce3 tbsp sugar1.5 tbsp cornstarch3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
1. In a large skillet, heat oil and fry garlic, orange zest, sesame seeds and chili pepper flakes until fragrant.

2. Add chicken and saute until browned.

3. When chicken is tender with a nice brown coat, add sauce mixture and allow to bubble and thicken (happens almost immediately). Allow to darken in color as sugar caramelizes, then remove from heat. Serve over steamed rice.
