Baked Porkchops and Rice

Ingredients
5 boneless pork chops2 cans of cream of mushroom soup1 can of water1 box of instant brown ricedash of salt and pepper
Directions
mix rice, water and soup in casserole dish, sprinkle salt and pepper on each pork chop.
Place pork chops on top of rice mixture, cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes
Remove foil and bake for an additonal 5-10 minutes or until top is golden brown.
