EASY Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add sweet relish and/or grapes for something different!
Directions
Boil chicken with onion, celery, salt and pepper. Allow to cool. Dice chicken after it has cooled, and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. No specific order required. Toss out celery and onion left in pot used to cook chicken or save the broth for soup!
