Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

4 Large Portabella Mushrooms, stems removed1/4 Cup Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar1 Tablespoon Onion Powder1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
In a gallon size ziploc bag, add all ingredients except the mushrooms. Close the bag and mix the ingredients. Open the bag and add the mushrooms. Reseal the bag and coat the mushrooms with the olive oil mixture. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 24 hours. Place on a hot grill for 5 minutes, turn and allow another 5 minutes.
Serve plain or add a slice of tomato or veggie 'cheese' .
Also steak sauce brushed on for the last 5 minutes of grilling adds a whole new dimension of flavor.
