Egg bake muffins

Ingredients
16 eggs, beaten.5 cup low fat milk2 links italian sausage, browned1 Cup low fat cheese.5 package frozen spinach, thawed and drainedfresh mushrooms to top
Directions
Grease muffin tin, Fry sausage, drain oil. Add meat to bottom of each tin. Add a pinch of spinach to each tin. And a pinch of cheese to each tin. Beat eggs and milk, sppon into heach tin until about .5 inch from top of tin. Add mushroom to top. Be careful not to over fill. It will over flow onto your oven. And burnt eggs stink! Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
