Ingredients:1/4 cup Panda Express Orange Chicken Sauce (mix in a tbsp or two of water to make it easier to pour)1 large Chicken Breast, no skin1 Green Bell Pepper1 Onion1 Celery stalk1 Summer SquashCanola oil, 2 tbspSoy Sauce, 2 tbspCoating:1/4 cup flour1 tbsp crushed red pepper (optional)1 tsp Allspice or Chinese five spice1 tsp Garlic powderDash salt and white pepper
Heat 2 tbsp of canola oil in a skillet or wok over medium high heat.
Directions:
Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Add to bowl: flour, crushed red pepper,allspice, garlic powder, and a dash of salt and white pepper. Coat chicken and add to hot skillet.
Cut bell pepper,squash, celery and onion into large bite sized chunks.
Add veggies and stir fry. Heat until all veggies are hot, but still crisp. Stir in orange chicken sauce and coat all ingredients. Cover pan and let cook 2-5 minutes.
Serve with white sticky rice.
