Ingredients
1 package active dry yeast1 cup hot water (110 - 120 degrees - confirm with package)4 T sugar3 T skim milk2 eggs.5 t salt4.5 cups bread flour
Directions
Makes 12 individual naan

1. Disolve yeast in warm water and let stand until frothy. Stir in sugar, egg, milk sat and enough flour to make soft dough.
2. Knead until smooth.
3. Let rise until doubled in volume.
3. Punch down dough and separate into 12 portions. Cover with a towel and rise for another 30 minutes.
4. Roll individual naan into thin circles. Spray each side with cooking spray and grill 2-3 minutes each side.
