Ingredients
Directions
Tuna (one can or pouch), Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds (ground), Psyllium Husk Fiber, Butter (to fry), Egg, Shredded Cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients (minus butter) and let sit for 10 minutes. Form into 2-4 flattened patties and shallow fry in butter (or other oil) until browned on both sides. Makes 2-4 servings.
