Ingredients
3 cups of rice flour3 servings of sugar1 pkt of yeast1 cup of coconut milk-made with 2tbsp milk powder in watersalt to taste
Directions
First mix the dry ingredients and mix the coconut milk separately;then,mix the yeast in a bowl of water-warm-with sugar-2 tsf.Then when the yeast has risen,add it and the coconut milk to the rice flour.Leave the dough overnight for 6 hrs and when risen-the dough can be ladled-2 ladles at a time
onto a small saucepan and cover with a cover.Remove the cover after 2 mins .Carefully remove from the pan.
