12 baby Carrots chopped1/2 Avocado1 cup rice100 grams Crab Flavored Pollock4 Dempsters Body Smart Wraps.Soya Sauce to taste
Directions
Prepare rice in microwave 1cup rice 1 cup water 10 mins high
Get it to cool - I stuck my in the fridge
dice pollock, avocado (peeled) and carrots
Wrap up and enjoy.

Makes four wraps..
