Ingredients
***Organic where possibleRoasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken Broth, 4 cup - homemade bestCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 cloveSpinach, fresh, 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
Directions
Mix it all together (less chicken) and bring to a boil
Simmer until carrots are cooked
Add pre-cooked chicken
