Healthy Slow Cooker Carnitas

Ingredients
1 2-2.5 pound pork shoulder2 C beef broth2 tbsp garlic powder2 tbsp onion powder2 tbsp cumin2 tbsp ground black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until the meat pulls apart easily. If you're home during this time, it couldn't hurt to baste it every hour or so.

Makesa 20-25 carnitas tacos. Serve with pico de gallo, sour cream or your favorite toppings.
