Linguine and clams

Ingredients
1 1/2 c canned calm meat, drained, reserve 1/2 of juice4 cloves minced garlic2 shallots, minced2 tbsp olive oil4 cups cooked whole wheat pasta1 cup fat free strained greek yogurt1/2 cup white wine1/2 parmesan cheese8 fresh basil leaves choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook whole wheat pasta as directed on package. Saute' shallots and garlic in olive oil. Remove clams from can reserving 1/2 the juice for the sauce. Add clams to skillet and saute 2 minutes. Pour white wine into pan letting it boil, removing all alcohol. Add clam stock and cook down to half its liquid. Remove from heat and add yogurt, chopped basil leaves and Parmesan cheese. Serve over pasta
