Mock fettucini alfredo w/ broccoli

Ingredients
8 oz. fettucini1 c. frozen broccoli florets3 Tbsp. light sour cream1/4 c. asiago or parmesean cheese, grated1/2 Tbsp. butterbasil to tastegarlic powder to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli to water in last 5 minutes. Drain water. Stir in remaining ingrediants to create a sauce. Makes approx. 5 1 cup servings.
