Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients
Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)*Red onion, raw, 0.5 cup (remove)Bush's, Black Beans, 0.5 cup (remove)Thyme, ground, 0.5 tbsp (remove)*Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Microwave potato for 3 minutes. Cool slightly , cut in small cubes. Sautee with onion in Pam sprayed nonstick fry pan. Add beans and spices, cook until slightly browned/veggies are done.
