Chicken Chilli Atkins Style

Ingredients
1 yellow onion3 bell pepper, red and yellow.48 oz Chicken Broth3 lb chicken pre cook then dice1/2 cup kentucky bourbon whiskey2 - 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes2 - (16 - 20oz) Diced tomatoes ( Seasoned or Unseasoned) 1 Pound Bacon thick. ( Save grease and saute onions and peppers then add too chilli)1 oz Splenda Sweetner4 tbsp Chilli Powder1 Tbsp Cinnamon Salt , White pepper and other spices are up to your taste buds.
Directions
Boil chicken till cooked.
Dice Chicken
Cook bacon, dice bacon ( Save Bacon grease).

After the bacon and chiken are fully cooked and ready Saute the veggies for about 5 minutes in the bacon grease.

Add all your ingredients to a large pot and cook for 45- 60 minutes. You can slow cook after 45 minutes on simmer for another 45 minutes.
