Stir Fry - Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, skinless, sliced thin1 onion cut in wedges1 medium carrot julienned1 stalk celery julienned3 c. broccoli1 tbsp. fish sauce1 tsp. grated ginger root
Directions
Saute chicken breast in a oil sprayed fry pan. Add onion, carrot and celery. Cook five minutes. Add broccoli, fish sauce and ginger root. Cook another 5 - 10 minutes...till broccoli is steamed but not soggy. Serve over brown rice.
