Oatmeal Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. Old Fashion Oats1/2 c. Skim Milk1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour1/4 c. Applesauce1/8 c. Brown Sugar1 Egg 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1/8 tsp Cinnamon1/8 tsp Nutmeg1/8 tsp Ginger
Directions
Soak Oats in milk for 1 hour.
Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.
Combine wet ingredients with oats and milk.
Combine all ingredients together (don't over mix).
Bake 20-25 min, 400 degrees.
