Ingredients
Directions
6 large apples, peeled, cored and chopped3 tsp. Splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Put everything in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
2. When apples are soft and begin to break down, use a potato masher to break them down to the desired consistency.
3. Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate. Lasts a week or more in the fridge.
NOTE: I make this in my 2 qt crock pot, but this can easily be doubled for larger crock pots. The apples will cook down considerably.
