Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
60g Kalamata Olives25 Jumbo Black Olives20 Pimiento-stuffed Green Olives60g Jumbo Green Olives with garlic (I used olives that were packed in chopped garlic and some olive oil...other wise, add the following...)8 cloves Garlic3T Olive Oil
Directions
Throw all ingredients into food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes, or until olives are in tiny pieces and evenly incorporated into a spread. Makes about 15-20 tablespoon-sized servings.

Serve with goat cheese on crackers or crostini for a great appetizer or snack!
