Ingredients
Small package of Jell-O (4 servings) - Strawberry or whatever16 oz. (2 cups) container of 1% cottage cheese1/2 cup cold water
Directions
Put the cottage cheese in the food processor or blender with the Jell-O and cold water. Blend or pulse until smooth - it will still have tiny lumps in it. Pour into 4 dessert cups, cover with plastic wrap and chill for a couple of hours.
