Easy Tasty and Soft Lowfat Cookies

Ingredients
1 cake mix (Lemon, Chocolate, Party Mix, or whatever you like)1 fresh egg1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups Fat Free Cool WhipPowdered Sugar (for rolling cookies into)
Directions
Stir together 1 cake mix, egg, and 1 1/4 cups cool whip. Depending on the brand of cake mix, you may need to add up to 1 1/2 cups. This cookie dough looks different... should be slightly thick, so it can be rolled into tablespoon size balls and then dipped into powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. If you bake them until they turn brown, they have been cooked too long. The hardest part of these cookies is getting them out at the right time!! It all depends on the size of the cookie made! Fun for kids to make!!
