Ingredients
1 Eggplant, fresh3 medium tomatoesGarlic, 1 clove Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Parsley, 10 sprigs Pepper, red - how many you want :))
Directions
wash the eggplant and slice it (round pieces).
put the oil in a pan and fry each slice on both parts.
put a little bit of salt and the chopped garlic on a plate, and put fried slices of eggplant in one stratum.
choop the 3 tomatoes, the parsley,add the pepper and a little bit of salt. add this mixture on the eggplant.
