Anita's rock your socks slow cooker chili

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 Bell Pepper1 tbsp minced garlic2 cans Kidney beans dark red and/or light red2 cans Brooks Chili Beans 2 cans Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel) 16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp cumin
Brown ground beef with half of the 1 tbsp of the garlic.
While beef is browning cut the onion and bell pepper in chunks and put in the blender with both cans of rotel and remaining garlic. Blend until completely smooth and add to slow cooker with beans.
Combine beef with rest of ingredients in a slow cooker and stir together. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or over night. The longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
Serve with corn chips or corn bread and cheese if desired.
