Ground chicken lasagna with white sauce

Ingredients
1 TBSP olive oil19 Oz. Ground chicken1 Can Hunts tomato sauce 398 ml4.5 oz. lasagna noodles (approx. 6)2 tsp. flour2 tsp. becel margarine1 cup 1% milk2 cups grated Kraft mexica cheese
Directions
Put 1 Tbsp olive oil in frying pan, add ground chicken, cook chicken and add 1/2 onion, saute until cooked, add can of tomato sauce and a dash of each basil, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, white pepper, and nutmeg.

For white sauce put 2 tsp becel, melt in medium size pot, quickly add flour and stir, immediately add a portion of the milk and stir with whisk. White sauce will not thicken up as it is low fat.

In 12 X 8 size 2 " deep glass lasagna pan; place 1/2 of chicken sauce in bottom of pan, place 3 lasagna noodles over ch. sauce, pour 1/2 of white sauce over noodles, and spread 1 cup cheese, repeat with the same method again. Spray foil and place over lasagna and bake on 350 for 45 minutes, for the last 15 minutes remove foil so that the cheese can crisp somewhat. Let stand for 10 minutes, serve and enjoy!

    I used Prego Speghetti Sauce, instead of Tomato Sauce and cooked in the microwave.. Husband thought it was really tasty. Will reduce amount of white sauce next time to about 3/4. - 11/12/10
